Jase is an all around happy, easy going guy. He likes to see the positive in life and have a good time, while also being realistic. His country roots have made him into a polite, helpful, and charming guy, though his past troubles still haunt him, and make him question the person he is. When it comes to friends, hes always there for his and gives up anything to help them, even if it means something bad for him.

Being raised in the country, Jase tends to be good at hands on physical labor. He is also very smart, and learns easily. However, he isn't into the city life, and prefers small towns where everyone knows each other. His family is his life, and he is really protective over them. From his country roots, he gets his old, more traditional, values. He believe in finding the one that's perfect for you, marrying them, and staying with them no matter what. He is extremely against cheating, in any form, and gets extremely jealous when is comes to his girl.

Even though he's happy go lucky, he does have a temper, and it sometimes gets the better of him. He would never hit a girl, but he can't say the same for guys. If you get on his bad side, expect it to be a bad ride. Yelling, fist fights, he doesn't care. Just stay out of his way. Unlike the newer generation, Jase believes in respecting your elders and listening to your parents, even if you don't like it. The only exceptions he makes is if the elder is some sort of bad person. For example, thieves, murderers, total ass wipes, any such things.

Along with his country views, is that of the role of the man. He thinks women rights are great, and they deserve to get a job and be happy however they choose. However, when he marries - and with girlfriends- , he will see him as the man, who works, does manual labor, and is the all around man of the house. He'll gladly help clean, or anything else that's needed, but he will still take his 'duties' very seriously. He also see's it as the man has to keep himself together, to keep his family happy. He will be the type of dad that never cries in front of his kids, and will love them, and show them, but will also push them so they become stronger. Not just his kids (with the never cry, hold it all in thing) but with everyone in general. Talking about emotions is definitely not what he was made for, but he will try for whoever becomes his significant other. Don't expect too much though.

As for sexual experiences, he is also sticking to his roots. He is a virgin, and doesn't plan to change that until marriage. He doesn't expect his girlfriends, or wife, to be the same. With today's views, there are hardly any virgins left at his age. But, for him, he doesn't want someone to pressure him. Just as he'd never pressure anyone.

Jase was born in Alabama, to Grace and Greg Tipton. When he was five, they moved to Tennessee, where his mom gave birth his his brother, Brad. Then a little girl, Carrie, when he was 11. His childhood consisted of working on their family farm, learning to ride horses, brand cattle, and other things boys in the country were expected to learn. He was home schooled by his mother until 4th grade because his mom didn't like how far they were from the public school. Brad was to be homeschooled until the same age, when he was old enough to walk the distance. When he was 12, his mom got pregnant with a fourth child. Because she'd have to take care of the baby, Jase and Brad teamed up on her and convinced her Jase could walk Greg to school. When the big day came, unexpectedly, his aunt drove his mother to the hospital. On the way over, his father, rushing in the rain, was killed in a car accident from a drunk driver. No one knew, and they just expected he was late. Grace held on as long as she could, but the doctors eventually made her start pushing. She was sad Greg wasn't there, but knew he would be soon. As she was delivering the baby, their aunt, Bella found out from a phone call that her brother had died. Just as she was crying on the floor, the doctor came out to announce a baby girl. With is, there was also the news of the death of her sister in law, and best friend.

In one night, Jase had lost his mother and father. From then on, he saw himself as the man of the family, and 'toughened' up.

The same that had been there with them the night of his parents death, his Aunt Bella took them in. Her husband, Scott, was more than happy to have them. They had two kids of their own, Aiden and Jaylee. Which left them with 6 kids on a ranch house.

They lived just outside Newport Beach, which Jase would grow up to live in, and come to see as his home.

However, before then, he would experience even more heart ache. At 17, his little sister, Faith - whom his mother had died birthing - , was kidnapped and her body was found two months later. To this day, Jase blames himself for it. If he had just been outside watching her, she would still be here. Wouldn't she? That's something he's never been able to answer.

Grudgingly, Jase finished high school, though he was highly depressed for the year following his sisters murder, which was never solved. After graduation - and mainly to get away from his past - he went off to California for college, and returned just last year. Now reconnecting with family, and with a job at Caulton, Jase hopes to make a new life for himself back in his hometown.
