LIKES: guns, cold cases, classic cars, children, swimming, sunny days, winning, reading, apple pie, cherry pie, in fact any kind of fruit pie - they're just too good!
DISLIKES: divorce lawyers, opposition lawyers, losing, liars, windy or rainy days, pets or animals in general, cops and motorbikes - cops on motorbikes are the worst.
ASPIRATIONS: to become district attorney, to own her own law firm, to get married, have children, own a house with a garden, and to redecorate the house and garden, wants to rebuild a classic car
FEARS: getting fired, marrying another lawyer, getting divorced, losing her family, dying alone, getting everything she wants and having it taken away from her.
STRENGTHS: can argue most sides of a case, usually knows when to keep her mouth shut, is able to shoot a straight bullseye, usually persuades people to her way of thinking
WEAKNESSES: sucker for a nice guy and a good conversation, can never resist a piece of pie, will cave into anything if her siblings are in trouble, looking at classic cars
HABITS: playing with pens or anything she can get her hands on when she's nervous or excited or just any time normally, cutting people off when they're talking


PERSONALITY OVERVIEW,

Outgoing. That's one way to describe Adela. Unfortunately there are many other ways to describe her and as more of them are invented they seem to get less and less complimentary. That's because she can be pushy and obnoxious to get a win on the case, even her clients can come away from a case, not liking her particularly because she will push for every neccessary detail but very glad they hired her. Addy is incredibly work orientated, she's a hard worker and hates to have all the effort she's put into a case, whether it be hers or someone elses, gone to waste because they've lost, this is why she hates losing so much. Though being so work orientated and having such high goals within her work, come with a high price - she doesn't have many friends at work as she tries to keep her relationships with collegues strictly that - collegues. Friendship and relationships tend to be ruined if you take a position someone else so desperately wanted, though Adela doesn't mind about that, friends are something she has a good few of outside of work. They come easily to her as, if she thinks you have something worth listening to, to say, she will keep her mouth shut and just listen for a while, only interjecting when she realises you want her to speak, but if she believes you're just going to try and spread gossip, she'll cut you off in an instant and start talking about something else entirely, so it's your choice to watch what you say. Friends mean a lot to her, and she will try and make sure she's free to do things with them, even if it's just a chat, she'll make sure she can make it. As well as making time for friends, Adela will make time for the things she loves to do. Whether it means waking up early on a week day for a quick swim or on a week end so she can go down to the shooting range, it doesn't matter to her, if she loves it she'll do it, which is why she'll often offer to babysit her friends children or volunteer at a daycare centre when she has some time off.
A temper? No, surely not? Surely a girl like Addy wouldn't be caught with a temper? Shouldn't she be too calm for that? Unfortunately not. My apologies for putting a dampener on your high hopes for her but Miss Armatige does have a nasty temper. Fortunately it doesn't make a appearance very often but if it has you've done something drastically wrong and need to fix it fast, or risk having your head bitten off. On the bright side, if Adela's been angry with you once she rarely repeats it, unless you really, really get on her nerves.



HISTORY OVERVIEW,

Coming from a rich family Adela and her twin sister were home schooled from ages five - ten when their younger brother was born. When they were ten their father decided it might be fairer to send them to a normal elementary school rather than to keep them cooped up in their, rather large, house with their baby brother, for Adela, going to school with other children was one of the best things that ever happened to her, she quickly learnt how to make friends and decided what she wanted to be when she was older, Rachel, on the other hand, fell into bad habits. Well as bad as habits can be for a ten year old, though those continued to get worse, not better as they progressed through highschool. The pair grew appart quickly and apparently in highschool though they could stil be friendly enough for their parents' sakes, but they would never be as close as they were before they went to highschool.
While her sister stayed in America for college, as she was forced to go by their parents, as they wouldn't be sponged off and disgraced as they still had to put Joseph through school as he was only nine and still being home schooled when the twins started college, Addy went to London, England to train to be a lawyer. Of course, she had to change what she learnt about a few things when she joined a firm on the West Coast, to be exact, Newport. It's not a big firm but since she arrived back in America and joined the firm a year ago it's grown immensely now taking a great many cases and since it's small she's already quite near the top. While she was spending her four years at an English law school she made some amazing friends and built some amazing relationships with people, who weren't just trainee lawyers, she made friends with people from all walks of life, they didn't seem to care about the pushy side of her, they tended to ignore it and just be happy in her company which is what she enjoyed. There a good few people she would love to have in Bluewater with her, to name a few, Harry Westbrooke, Lucy Taylor and Gracie Merritt, she'd had a great time with those three, they'd lived in the same student house as her, in the other three rooms on her floor and they would have the craziest times together.

Since coming to town, however, life has been a little crazy. She's already been shot once by someone she was prosecuting, and multiple times she has been threatened, all the same she loves her job, she gets helped a lot. The person who shot her, well let's just say he goes by the the name Jo Kerre, he took an insanity plea when she prosecuted him and was given it when he shot her.
