Today was was just another day where she was going to have to see her ex-husband, it was what she realized as she rolled over in her queen size bed to see her youngest daughter, Caroline, laying down beside her waiting for her to wake up, while poking her in the back. She smiled towards her, "Morning Sunshine, excited to see daddy?" she asked her, which made Caroline perk up, she could tell by the glimmer in her eyes as she repeated the word daddy. She pushed herself up in a seating position, pulling Caroline in her lap, wrapping her arms around her and kissed her on the top her of head. She picked up her daughter, once more and placed her little feet on the floor, she kicked her feet off the bed and pushed her weight to an upright position. "Let's go have some breakfast?" she rhetorically asked, but it was enough to get her daughter to walk with her to the living room where her other daughter, Addison was coloring on the coffee table with her coloring books. "Morning Princess." she said, to Addison,, who looked up and smiled, telling her good morning. All in all, she was enjoying her time with her children while she served breakfast, after she made breakfast for the three of them. when she was finished eating, she cleaned up the kitchen and feed her three fur-babies, King, Moxie, and Rex. The only thing was missing in her life was someone to share it with, and a year after the divorce still lead her to believe that she would never really start looking for someone, unless levi was moving on or maybe not even then.
She proceeded about her day until it was time to start cleaning up, getting dressed, and packing some extra clothes and toys for them to play with. She ran her hand through her hair, as she went back and forth between the door and her vehicle. She made sure her children's seats were strapped in. She pushed her weight back to her feet, and shut the back door and walked back in the living room, after shutting the front door. "Sweethearts, are you all ready to go?" she called out, as she followed the hallway to the their seprate bedrooms. She leaned in the doorframe of her oldest one, and could not believe that she was five years old and would be starting preschool this year. She was excited about it, yet she didn't want it to happen. She helpped Addison with cleaning her room by picking up her toys with her, and told her to go wait in the living room, so she can get Caroline. She turned on her heels and pushed the door to open futher to see her playing with blocks, she paused for a moment as a smile appeared on her face, "Caroline?" she said, softly to get her daugthers attention and then added, "Time to go see daddy." Her smile never faultered when talking about daddy. She watched Caroline move closer to her, she kneeled down and picked her up, she also noticed that Caroline had her baby toy, it was a stuffed duck and never allowed it to leave her sights. She turned on her heels and walked to the living room, offering her free hand for Addison to take, which she did and allowed Addison to open the door. She took them to the car, making sure they were strapped in. And since the door was wide open, King decided that he wasn't going to go in the house anytime soon. Shaking her head when she walked away from the car to the door, and turned around to call King back into the house she saw that he had jumped into the car and was sitting on the passenger seat with the girls giggling, encouraging him in his antics. Letting out sigh, as she gave in since King was the one that Levi helped with the mediacle bills, she turned back around and closed and locked the door. She walked back in the car, making sure the back door was closed, she climbed up in the drivers seat and shut the door. "Be good, King." she said, as she cranked the car. She made sure she was strapped in, rolled down the window some to allow him to sniff, she backed up and started her way towards her ex-husbands home.
Figuring that Levi would be home by now and not at his bar, she tended to find herself going to other bars, and avoiding his completely when she finally had a chance to go out to have a drink. But the thing was, Anna didn't drink to get drunk, and normally got girly drinks cause she enjoyed the taste. When she pulled up into Levi's driveway, she let a low breathe out and go incredibly nervous about seeing him and looked in the rearview mirror. She opened the door for her to get out, picking up her purse and pulled out her phone and made sure she turned off the ignition. She didn't closed her door out of habit, and King treated that as the moment of opportunity to get out of the car and go to the door, scratching at the door. She closed her door and opened the back door, and unbuckling Caroline and reaching over unbuckled Addison car seat, and leaned out of the car, picking up Caroline and ushered for Addison to come on. She offered her hand to help her get out of the car, and washed Addison climb out of the vehicle. She closed the passenger seat, and watched Addison walk to the door by herself. And she soon walked to the door after her, and allowed Addison to ring the doorbell. She noticed King's tail started to wag, it was almost like he planned to come see Levi and possibly Levi's dogs as well. She didn't blame him, she adored his dogs, as well. Actually, there wasn't an animal that she didn't like, except for some reptiles.
