Kira is sixteen and the daughter of Urie.
Her mother died of a drug overdose when she was a baby.
Urie has been raising her alone since then.
They've had a difficult life, being Urie is a bit of an addict himself as
well as a womanizer, but he tries to keep that from Kira.
She's a sweet girl, with a lot of her mother in her (besides the addiction)
She's caring and very tolerant of her father's issues.
She moved around a lot as a child, but is finally staying put in Newport.
A little shy but once she's used to people she's an outgoing teen who can fit in anywhere.
Her hobbies, likes and dislikes can be up to you.
As for the face claim. I didn't really have anyone in mind so it's
up for discussion. Unless you have someone picked out who can fit the bill.
Any ideas, changes, etc. I'd love to hear and talk about if anyone is interested :)
