Overall Personality: Percy is quite the gentleman. He is very sweet and very charming, especially to the ladies. He knows what to say and what not to say, at least when he's not stressed or nervous. He loves his family a lot and was hit the worse when his little brother died. He hates to see helpless people, and will often try to help them out. He is in love with Florence Llewllyn and hates being so far away from her. He loves his dogs and will do nearly anything for them. He is a photographer and is fairly good at it, he really enjoys taking pictures of people because he likes to see them smile. If you asked his family, he is responsible and will keep all of his promises. Of course, they also said he is ruining his life by being a photographer. Than again, they're still happy that he is happy. He is mature for his age, but does know how to have fun. He will go play out in the rain, splash in the puddles, throw mud up towards a kid. Of course, he only does this when his family isn't around. He would get scolded for that and he was the "Good Son". He had to set an image for his family. He is terrified of sharks, mainly because of a bad past with them. He loves reading and will often be in his study or at the library, just reading books for hours and hours. When he's not reading, he's thinking about Florence. He's always thinking about Florence. He often writes her letters, but doesn't dare send them. He keeps them in a shoe box under his bed. He does call her every once and a while, but only to check up on her and her family. He misses her a lot and has suddenly gotten the courage to go get her.

Overall History: The Hall family was a well known family in Denmark. They were pure Danish up until Freg married Andrea, an English girl from London England. Three years later, they had a son. They had decided to name him Percy, which means pierces. By the age of two, his parents had twins. They were named Gregory, which means watchful, and Jeremy, which means God will rise up. All three boys had strong names and all three boys were very close from the very start. Their parents decided to give them all sorts of lessons; sword fighting, hunting, chess, swimming, piano. Every summer, spring, and winter break they had from school, their father would take them camping. It was just a family tradition they all decided to do. Just the boys. By the time Percy was a senior in high school, they moved from Denmark to London, England to be closer to their mother's side of the family. While there, the boys explored the massive city.

Finally, it was time for him to go to college. He decided to major in photography. While on a trip to an art museum for one of his classes, he ran into a nice young woman named Florence. It was nearly love at first site. He asked her on many dates and before they knew it, they were going out. His junior year of college, he headed to the bar with his brothers, because it was their 21st birthday. They drank all night and around 3 in the morning, they began heading home. Well, Percy and them were all clearly drunk and hadn't noticed the semi until it was too late. It hit the passenger side. Percy was in coma for two weeks. When he woke up, he has several scars and bruises on him. His brother Jeremy was in the other bed in the same room, his legs amputated and his right arm broken. That's when he found out what happened to Gregory. Gregory had died in the car accident. Ever since than, Percy blamed himself. Percy personally helped Jeremy.

A year later, Florence told him that her family was moving. He proposed, but in the end she moved to Newport. He's missed her ever since and is often seen looking at her pictures. His brother, Jeremy, told him to go after her and that he would go with him since he knew Percy would never leave Jeremy behind. Him and his brother just arrived in Newport.
