He couldn't help but let a little blush creep up onto his cheeks as she moved onto his lap. He rested his hands on her thighs as she began asking all the questions. He waited until she finished before he would answer. "Well.... we can tell Jeremy as soon as he gets here or I can tell him once I break the news that we're moving in with you," he said. He wondered if Jeremy would ask why as soon as he got home or if he would be patient enough to wait until they were already over here.
"Don't be worried about my parents. They like you and were sad when you moved. They'll be angry at me for not being more careful, but thrilled other than that," he stated, thinking about his parents. He could remember his mother always badgering him about settling down with Flo and giving her some grandkids. He knew she was, partially, joking the whole time, but not he can jokingly blame this on her. Him and his mother have always been close.
His father, on the other hand, hadn't wanted grandkids yet. He claimed that he was still young, although he was nearly sixty. Of course, he wasn't going to be angry. He would be happy too and would definitely move over if they needed the help. Other than that, he would visit maybe once a year once they were born. He sighed, unsure of how that may go. His parents could be difficult sometimes, but out of his and Flo's parents, they were the 'nice' ones.
"I'm more worried about your dad hunting me down and trying to murder me," he joked, although it was half true. She knew her father would be angry. He just hoped he wouldn't do anything rash. Of course, Percy wouldn't let him do that to them. At least, not again. Percy would man up and would, hopefully, tell Mr. Armatige in a respectable manner to get the hell out of their business.
