The days were long now that he wasn't in school. It helped since he was now full time at the garage and part time at the tattoo shop, he could bring in a little more money for the family. His mother seemed to be rather appreciative of his hard work, or he assumes since when he got up that morning there was a fried egg sandwich waiting for him, along with bacon and fresh orange juice. He was a little bit of a mommas boy, but no one would ever know that, well except his mom and his little sister. He showered, after eating, and got dressed for work. Jeans, a grey t-shirt, and a his work boots were his normal attire. He locked the trailer behind him before walking to his motorcycle, putting his helmet on, and drove off to the garage. Already that day he had changed the brakes, three tires, and put oil in a car because the person didn't know how to do it themselves. He had to remember to go home and teach his sister than, he didn't need her being so vehicle ignorant that she couldn't put oil in the car he was rebuilding for her.

On his break, he guzzled a bottle of water and went to the back of the garage, where the mustang convertible was. They had just put the rebuilt engine in it, now he just needed the transmission, new tires, and about a dozen other things before it would be ready, but at least he was getting it done on time. He was putting the new tires on it when one of the guys he was working with that day shouted at him, a family had brought in their car that was making an engine clunk noise. He finished putting the last tire on before he walked to the front, onto to see a girl looking around, he couldn't help but laugh when he saw her run into the toolbox. He smirked softly, he knew this girl, well sort of. They had gone to school together, he was a year a head of her. He really didn't know much about her though.

He usually kept to himself, especially in school. He walked over towards her. Seeing she had headphones on he assumed she was listening to music or something. He tapped her lightly on the shoulder, waiting for her to turn around. The smirk still in place on his lips. The guys were heckling him to get busy to check out the engine in the car. He shooed them off, waiting for the girl to turn around. He was racking his brain, trying to remember her name, he knew it was something with an ie, Jessie, Jonie, Josie... When she finally turned around he knew. Jamie. Right, he could remember that much at least. He gave her a little grin and motioned to his ears, meaning her headphones. "Hey..umm.." He didn't know what to say, he didn't want to tell her to get out, that he needed to get to work. He grinned a little more. "Wanna help?" He asked her with a deep chuckle. He moved the toolbox over closer to the car and popped the hood, propping it open. He flipped on his flashlight and looked in at the engine, looking for anything that could be loose or that could be simple to repair.

Andre couldn't help but smile at her, rambling. He chuckled softly at her. "It's fine.. I know my tools are something to admire." He teased her, but when he realized how horrible that could be taken it was his turn to blush, though it was hard to see against his darker skin. He couldn't help but smile at her and handed her the flashlight. He watched her, seeing her stumble, he chuckled shaking her said softly, grinning at her blush. "It's no problem." He said with a small grin. "I trip over it all the time.. It likes to jump out in front of you." He commented with a small grin. There were several times he ran into the tool box as well, but he didn't think it would be smart to tell that to her. He looked around the in the engine, he checked the most obvious it took him about ten minutes after he checked the spark plugs. That was the problem, easy fix and he was a little thankful because he was sure they had plans for the day. he would hate to ruin her day, she was pretty and adorable with that blush. He excused himself before rummaging around in the back part of the garage. It took him a few minutes to find the spark plugs and then walked back. It took him a minute to install them before wiping his hands off on the rag tied to one of the loops.

He gave her a look with a smile. "All fixed." He said, closing the hood of the car with enough force for it to be closed so it wouldn't pop open when they took off. That would be horrible, they could get in a wreck and he could get fired. He gave her a grin. "Thank you for your help, Jamie." He told her with another cheeky grin. Was it creepy he knew her name? He didn't think so. It wasn't that big of a school and even if he didn't talk to people, but he did listen, not that any of it was credible. Some people just liked to cause problems and start rumors.

He motioned for her to follow, walking into the air conditioned office/waiting area. He was very professional, or at least somewhat. He typed into the computer for the amount of spark plugs, but he gave them a student discount, being nice and since Jaime was a student and she was cute, it would be their little secret. He printed out the receipt before looking at the two adults. "It wasn't anything that wrong, just needed new spark plugs." He said. "It'll be thirty-five dollars. I took off labor, since I had assistance and a student discount because..umm.. your daughter, is a student and.. we like to take care of students here." He said with a charming smile. "If you could just sign here on the dotted line, and you'll be set to go." He added with another smile. He handed the keys over as he opened the cash draw.
