external
quiet-- Eli tends to keep things to himself, especially in groups or around family. When the time calls for it, he will speak out. Like if the idiots around him can't find a sensible answer. It's not that he's afraid, he just really doesn't care much. He does have leadership qualities; It's not like he's super quiet and never talks. He just doesn't waste his words.

sexual-- Eli loves to play with girls. He likes to figure them out and have fun with them before dumping them. He's never really had a lasting connection with anyone. Those he did truly care for he pushed them away or chose to keep them as friends only so he didn't lose them.

calculating-- It seems as if he's always trying to add things up. Figure them out, much like he does with girls. His brain is incredible, though corrupted. It thirsts for the why's, what's, when's, where's, and why's. He's knowledge thirsty, even if it's a random fact that doesn't help him at the time.

charming-- Between him and his brother, he usually ends up playing the 'good guy'. Partly because he is the good guy, and partly because of how charming he is. His brother noticed this and uses it every chance he can. Not that his brother doesn't have charm. It's just that, no matter what, he comes off as evil. While Eli can pass as likable and friendly.

short tempered-- Even the simplest or most mild things can trigger Eli. Usually it's not violence. But more use of words to hurt his opponent. Unless it's a male, then his fist will usually come out. You never know what to expect with him. Once second he's nice, and then you trigger something without knowing it and he's a total jerk.

alert-- Self appointed lookout, Eli watches for even the smallest threat. He plans out everything perfectly in his head, factoring in each component and what he may or may not run into along the way. With his brother so reckless, someone has to be cautious and make sure nothing catches up.

internal
caring-- Even though he never show it, Eli cares for quite a few people. He constantly worries about those he truly does care for and will always have their back. Even though he can be an ass, he knows they will always be there for him and tries to return the favor. Though he does look out mostly for him and his brothers best interest, he will help out and be there for others if it doesn't get in their way.

protective-- Along with caring for his inner circle, he is overly protective of them. One finger on them and he'll have your neck. This is when his temper usually gets the best of him. Once he starts he won't stop unless someone holds him down until he's calm again.

past events

Eli's parents never wanted kids. They were both too involved with themselves. His father with his con man schemes and his mom was too busy being a whore. He was born a year or so after his brother, Vetis. From the beginning it was obvious his brother was the favorite. For Eli's first 7 years, both him and Vetis lived with their father, but was raised my a nanny. However, when their father got tired of them -and was to be leaving town- they were sent to their mothers.

Once their, his mother began to train him and Vetis up to be 'charmers'. Yet it was obvious she favored him to his brother. He knew it wasn't his fault, but his mother would often be more attentive to him when she was teaching them her tactics. It wasn't as if she ignored their brother, but she seemed to notice his natural talent in charm -that he'd gotten from her- and, of course, there was the fact that he looked more like her tham Vetis.

Right before high school, the brothers were shipped off to be with their dad again. Noticing that their mother had been teaching them lust and other such values, he began teaching them how to get away with crime, make money, and how fight. Vetis took charge in each category. Save money. Eli seemed to have skill for money management. What would turn the most prophets, what would just be a flake. But his father overlooked that and instead focused on Vetis' natural fighting skills. Eli wasn't bad, but he didn't have the drive like his brother did. He didn't see the point in fighting for no reason.

After high school, his father offered them both jobs, though Vetis' was a bit higher up. Mostly, Eli just managed money for his company and gave his advice on business opportunities. Vetis served as one of his his top thugs and henchmen. After saving up, the brothers left to make their own life in Newport.
